This Website belongs to the "INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF INNER CHRISTIANITY" (hereinafter "DI.K.E.X." or "We"). We respect the protection of personal data and the privacy of visitors to this Website (hereinafter "You") and apply the applicable legislation regarding the protection of personal data. 

With this Privacy Policy we would like to explain to you how we collect and process your personal data in relation to your access and use of this Website and in relation to the services provided.

Please read this Policy carefully, which has been written in the simplest possible way to make it easier for you to understand and decide freely and of your own free will if you wish to provide your personal data to us.

1.    Who is the Responsible for Processing?

Responsible for Processing the personal data of the users of this Website within the meaning of the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is the "INTERNATIONAL CENTRE OF INNER CHRISTIANITY". 2.  What personal data do we collect, for what purposes and what is the legal basis of processing? 

This Website is informative and informational in nature and therefore no systematic collection of personal data is carried out through it. The only time personal data is collected is when you choose to contact us through the contact form and through this you provide us with personal information (name, email address, message). We collect this information in order to fulfill your request by answering your questions. The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you provide by accepting this Privacy Policy before submitting the message.

3.   Who do we share your personal data with? 

 

Your personal data is not shared with any third party other than suppliers who provide us with their services (e.g. technical support manager of this Website) or authorized personnel who are required to have access to satisfy your requests (e.g. . to respond to the messages you send through the contact form). Our suppliers and staff are bound by appropriate confidentiality agreements. 

4.   Where is your data stored and how long is it kept? 

 

Your personal data is stored on the Union's servers within the EU. We keep your personal data for as long as necessary depending on the purpose of the processing. When it is no longer needed, we delete it securely. For example, in the case of filling out the contact form, your data is kept for the time required to process your contact request.

We process your data at any time in an absolutely confidential manner and maintain the mandatory duty of confidentiality with regard to said data, in accordance with the provisions set out in the applicable regulations. For this purpose, we adopt technical and organizational measures (e.g. firewalls, antivirus software) in order to guarantee the security of your data and to prevent any alteration, loss, processing or illegal access, based on the state of technology, the nature of stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.

We undertake to keep your personal data confidential and to ensure that you can exercise your rights at any time for free. Specifically, you have the following rights:   

  • To receive confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and to request access to your personal data held by us .

  • Request that we delete your personal data to the extent that it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we must continue to process it, as we have explained above, or when we are no longer legally permitted to process it.

  • Request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, which means that in some cases you can ask us to temporarily suspend the processing of the data or to keep it longer than necessary.
